Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Élan Wheel Concierge website and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of the site or others' use of it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders and inquiries

Submitting an order or inquiry through the site does not create a binding contract until Élan confirms the order and terms (including price and delivery). All orders are subject to availability, specification checks, and our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order or inquiry.

Intellectual property

The site content, design, logos, and materials are owned by Élan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and Services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Élan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in connection with the relevant order or service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
